We’ll begin with a one-on-one consultation to explore your unique needs, intentions, and desires.
Guided Meditation:
During this meditation, we’ll invite the spirit of the plant that wishes to work with you to reveal itself. This could be a flower, herb, or other plant that holds the specific energies and healing qualities you need at this moment.
Selecting a Flower Essence:
Following the meditation, we’ll select a flower essence that aligns with the plant that has shown up for you. Flower essences are powerful vibrational remedies that support emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. If I have the essence available, you can purchase it directly from me. Otherwise, we’ll find a trusted online source together.
Continuing Your Journey:
You have the choice to continue this journey on your own, with the guidance and support of the flower essence. Alternatively, you may choose to book a follow-up session with me to deepen your experience. I offer 1-month or 3-month follow-up options to support your ongoing transformation
