What to Expect
Passionflower Tea Ceremony
We begin with a sacred tea ceremony, honouring passionflower as a plant ally for surrender and ease. Known for its calming and restorative properties, passionflower supports the nervous system, helping us to release tension and gently open to deeper states of relaxation and connection. As you sip this nourishing tea, you’ll be guided into a state of grounded presence, setting the tone for the practices to follow.
Yin Yoga
From this space of openness, we’ll transition into a soothing yin yoga practice. This gentle, meditative style of yoga works deeply into the body’s connective tissues, encouraging release and renewal. Each pose will invite you to pause, breathe, and create space in the body and mind, allowing the energy of passionflower to flow freely within.
Yoga Nidra
To close, you’ll be guided into the transformative practice of yoga nidra, often called yogic sleep. This deeply restorative meditation takes you into the liminal space between waking and sleeping, where profound rest and inner healing can occur.
