Come join us for a one-hour heartfelt Cacao Ceremony in the Heart of Hamble. 

We will drink a cup of the beautiful cacao elixir together, bring our hearts into one beat and rhythm, and invite Mama Cacao and the four elements into our circle. The Spirit of Cacao is a teacher and guide of sacred ancestral wisdom, helping us open our heart space to connect with forgiveness and self-love.

In ceremony we will weave together the energies of the seasons, moon and sun guiding us on our journey. 

Open up your Heart Chakra to potentiate the Sound Bath experience with Tony Spencer at 5:15pm, or just come to the cacao ceremony as a stand alone session.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the event to settle in, bring with you something comfortable to sit on (pillow, yoga mat, blanket) and a water bottle. Let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
