What to Expect
Lavender Tea Ceremony
We begin with a sacred tea ceremony, honouring lavender as a plant ally for deep relaxation and renewal. Known for its calming and uplifting properties, lavender soothes the nervous system, easing feelings of stress and agitation while inviting clarity and inner harmony. As you sip this fragrant, nurturing tea, you’ll be guided into a state of grounded presence, setting the tone for the practices to follow.
Yin Yoga
From this space of openness, we’ll transition into a gentle yin yoga practice. This meditative style of yoga works deeply into the body’s connective tissues, encouraging release and renewal. Yoga Nidra
